When you make a deposit for your roof, you get a position in Roof Life of Oregon’s queue. We’re going to make sure you’re taken care of and feel just as important in position nine as you will in position one.

We know that once you make a decision to replace your roof, you want to get it going as quickly as possible. What you don’t know is that there might be eight other people who decided that right before you.

We first send you an email to give you a position in our schedule. And once you have that position, you are locked in; you won’t be getting bumped. We don’t give you a specific date to start, because when we do roofing projects, things come up. We have to address issues that weren’t visible during inspection. But you can trust that we’re going to take care of numbers one through eight with the same care and dedication that we’ll use on your roof.

Now, if you do get a leak during that waiting period, we will take care of you. We can come out and tarp the roof until you get to position one. We’ll never leave you out on your own. About a week out, we’ll give you a call that we’re almost done with number eight, and your house is next.

We think the best way to serve you is to let you know that no matter where you are in our queue, you will be taken care of and you’re going to end up with the best roof you can get in Portland.
