We’ve recently started installing two new styles of roofing for our customers: Davinci and Decra. Both are synthetic-style roofing, and have proven track record in the industry.
Benefits of Davinci
Davinci is plastic-style roofing. It’s closed cell, which means nothing can grow on it. This is good news for homeowners in the northwest, because it means they’ll never have to treat for moss again. I know, I know– it puts us out of work! But we’re willing to do that if it means getting our customers a great roof.
Davinci allows people in heavily treed areas to put a roof on their home and not have to repair and maintain it every single year. You simply blow it off the debris and move on.
Benefits of Decra
Decra is a ceramic coated, metal-style roof. It looks just like an asphalt roof. It will still grow moss, but it’s strong enough that you can pressure wash it until your heart’s content. You will not destroy the integrity of that roof.
Both types of roof come with a true, lifetime warranty. So it really just depends on what you’re looking for, your price point, and how much maintenance you want to do over the years.
We’re proud to add Davinci and Decra roofs to our customers. If you want to know more or figure out which roof would be best for your home, schedule a roof inspection with Roof Life of Oregon.
