There are some very exciting things happening around the RoofLife offices this year. We feel strongly that 2016 is going to be our best year yet! Along with the launch of our new website last week, we have given ourselves a brand make-over. You’ll notice our new logo starting to pop-up everywhere; our website, our new social media sites, and slowly but surely on our fleet of vehicles. The logo now reflects how we truly feel about our business and our clients: “YOUR roof is OUR roof“.

In our meeting yesterday, our owner Patrick trained on how important it is to show our integrity to our clients in everything we do. As roofing experts, we know a vast amount more about our client’s roofs than they do, and they need to trust that we really do have their best interest at heart. It is hard to do this in an industry where so many tout their expertise, but are willing to say anything to make a buck. One example of this is found in our re-roof department. Our re-roof process is different from other companies in that we schedule multiple appointments to ensure that we have time to do in-depth inspections, and supply our clients with ample time to ask questions and have them answered. If, during the initial inspection, we discover that your roof does not yet need to be replaced and still has life left in it, we will tell you the best course of action to take to get the most life out of your roof. Other companies may see that there is still life left in the roof, but advise you to replace so that they can make a quick profit. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have the best roof over their heads for as long as possible, even if that means a smaller profit for us. We are constantly making sure our team members are looking for the long-term results, rather than short-term gain. It is our hope that our clients feel that we are as invested in their roof as they are.

Some of the other changes taking place this year are:
NOW HIRING! We are adding new crew members to our team! We have hired four members to our roof replacement team and one to our maintenance team. We are always looking for honest, hard working people to join the RoofLife family. We still have three open spots to fill on our maintenance crews. If you, or someone you know is interested, have them stop into our office to fill out an application. Ask for Ken Wheeler while you’re there. We can’t wait to meet you!

–We are currently in the process of developing a roofing application for estimating and presenting roofing projects that will enable our sales and office teams to more effectively record information and share it with clients. It will be an open-source application that will be available to other roofing companies and we are very excited about its possibilities! It is about 60% complete, and we just entered Phase II with it. We are hoping to have it available by the end of the year.
