The impact to your home when a new roof is installed is something that doesn’t get talked about enough. Most of the time, customers are so focused on the materials and how much it’s going to cost that they don’t even think about what will happen to their home in the process. It could be chaos. But at Roof Life of Oregon, we do everything in our power to make sure the process is clean, organized, and that you’re left with the same home you started with, except you have a brand new roof.
When a roof comes off a house, it’s dirty, it’s messy and it’s noisy. We want to minimize all of that. When a roof comes off, we don’t want it to land on your dahlias, your Japanese maples, or that special tree that you planted when you moved into your new home.
We protect the property all the way around your house. We put tarps on the delicate grassy areas. We put miniatures plywood roofs on top of your dahlias. Our guys even came up with a unique tenting system that protects your home if it rains in the middle of a project.
There will be a bit of disruption during a construction project, but we do everything we can to make sure you can go about your life as normal. Guys aren’t walking in and out of your clean home for random reasons. And you don’t even have to be there while we are working. If you want to avoid the noise, all we ask is that you’re available by phone in case we have a question for you.
We want to leave you with a clean, beautiful home. Our guys are always picking up nails and cleaning up debris. We pick up those tarps at night so that you can come home and relax, instead of feeling like you’re living in a construction site. Don’t forget to ask about property protection when you’re getting a bid for your new roof. With Roof Life of Oregon, you know you’re in good hands.
