One to two years after we install your roof, you might get a call from Jenna in the office asking to schedule a follow-up with one of our team members. We’ll come out and basically do an inspection. We want to see that everything is functioning the way it should be and find out if anything has gone array. It’s a big deal to us that you have a great roof not just on the day we install it, but for the years and years to come.

During that first follow up, we are checking for potential issues. Did the shingle seat properly? Are the flashings all solid? We make sure that your moss growth is under control. It’s a well care check-up to make sure you roof stays healthy.

So what if you decide to sell your home? Simple. Your roof’s warranty will automatically transfer to the next owner. We warranty the building, not the customer. We will continue to service that roof through multiple ownerships.
