There are many roofing companies out there that will take advantage of you. They use fear mongering to convince you that your roof is shot, when you might have five, ten and even twenty years left. Don’t let those guys win. Call Roof Life of Oregon for a second opinion.
You wouldn’t get a major surgery without consulting a second doctor. The same thing should be true for your roof. We’re talking about a roof replacement that could cost you between fifteen and twenty-five thousand dollars. That’s a big deal, especially when you might just need a repair that costs seven or eight hundred dollars.
These companies will actually target subdivisions that are filled with fifteen year-old homes. They’ll come into your home, get in your attic, and convince you that your roof is filled with holes and needs to be replaced right away. Some of them will even say that they are running a “one-time deal” and that it’s a “limited time offer.” I’m telling you, if you hear those words, get them out of your house.
Our prices are set for the year. Other than a raise in product costs, our prices aren’t going to change for the entire year of business. So don’t be fooled by someone trying to rush you into replacing your roof.
At Roof Life of Oregon, our motto is replace no roof before its time. If you have a leak or have been told that you need to replace your roof, give us a call. We can come out at no charge, listen to your concerns, and assess your roof situation. If we think it is indeed shot, we will give you our honest advice. But if we think you can get a few more years out of it, we’re going to help you make that happen.
Again, if someone is telling you to replace your roof right away and that you might “miss out on a once in a lifetime deal,” they might be trying to take advantage of you. I don’t like that it’s happening in our area, and the only way to stop it is with the truth. That’s what you can expect from us at Roof Life, now and always.
