A client called our office with concerns about his roof. It was unsightly, it was not working correctly, and it wasn’t going to last much longer. His roof was so old we couldn’t get to all the layers of roofing material that were put onto this home. Our client currently had Architectural shingles on his home in a dark grey, almost black shade. He enjoyed composition, but wanted to liven up his home with a new color. He also was looking to paint his home to match the new style.
