Let Us Help

Is your roof ready for the fall and winter in Portland? It’s a great time to take a step back and assess the condition of your roof.

Summer is our busiest time of year, because a lot of people think it’s the only time we roof. We actually roof year around – rain or shine – and our prices stay the same. So the end of summer is a great time to give us a call and schedule your well care check-up to make sure your roof is ready for all the rainfall that is surely coming our way.

Step back and take a look at your roof.  Are your gutters and downspouts clear? Do you have a lot of tree debris? If the thought of rain gives you a little bit of anxiety, it’s a good sign it’s time to call Roof Life. If you wait too long, you could have water coming into your home.

It’s a lot cheaper to fix roof issues before that happens. If you wait, you could end up having to repair ceiling tiles, and indoor water damage.

If you have a big, heavy tree canopy, you probably should get your roof looked at about every two years. If you’re wide open and you can’t see your neighbors for 5 miles away, you can maybe go the full three to five years. But there’s not really a set time; it’s based on your environment. You know your house better than us. If you know it’s been awhile, give us a call.

We can come out and give you peace of mind, knowing your roof is ready to keep you dry this fall and winter.
