We offer REAL ESTATE inspections for pending home or property sales. This is a very thorough and professional statement of the condition of a roof. Since the inspection is made with no expectation of future maintenance business, we cannot offer them free of charge. Please contact us for pricing information.

Is Your Roof Leaking Right Now?

Roof Life offers a Leak Diagnosis Service:

For our Roof Life Clients, the services are at no cost if the leak is covered under warranty (see your original paperwork for warranty information). If the leak is not covered under warranty there will be a $190.00 minimum charge assessed for the visit and diagnosis. Any work needed will be billed in addition.

For all new clients with a leak, we charge $190.00 (pre-paid) for our response, diagnosis, and consultation. Any work needed will be estimated before services are performed. If you would like a maintenance estimate in addition to the assessment of your leak, our team member will be happy to perform the inspection at the time of your leak diagnosis.

Please understand that this is a different service than our free maintenance inspections. If you call us because your roof is leaking right now, we drop everything and head to your house, prepared to diagnose and stop the leak. Maintenance inspections are grouped into neighborhoods and performed on our schedule, with no need for the homeowner’s involvement.

There are only two reasons you might want your roof inspected: You’re unsure of the condition of your roof and would like peace of mind and options for responsible roof maintenance OR you plan on selling or listing your home and you need proof of your roof’s present condition. There are only 3 possible outcomes to our roof maintenance inspections:

You’ll get peace of mind knowing that your roof is in tip-top shape!
You’ll get an expert diagnosis of any problems with recommendations for future maintenance (including prices).
Your roof may be “flunked” which means it needs to be replaced. We don’t do this lightly. At our core, we’re a roof maintenance company and we’d always rather help you get longer life out of your existing roof.
